Before processing any withdrawal request, fbazi may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

The minimum deposit amount on fbazi is ৳200. fbazi may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to players. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already fulfilled qualifying conditions, fbazi will honour the bonus for that player on a case-by-case basis.
All sports bets placed on the fbazi platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. fbazi's cricket sportsbook covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all major international fixtures involving Bangladesh. Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are displayed at the point of placing the bet. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bet terms are fixed.

fbazi's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fbazi account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fbazi does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fbazi takes reasonable technical precautions to ensure platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.

Where an account is closed by fbazi for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable processing period.
